In this session, we’ll explore research-backed strategies to help you spark excitement and curiosity about math in your students. Drawing on insights from Stanford's Summer Mathematics Camp program, we’ll focus on fostering a growth mindset, encouraging creative problem-solving, and using real-world applications to make math feel meaningful.
With such a large percentage of our student population identified as academically gifted, chances are you will have gifted students in your classroom. During this session, you will get an overview of some typical gifted characteristics, as well as some ways to challenge gifted students in your class.
