In this session, superintendent of schools, Dr. Hunt introduces the work of Chip and Dan Heath. Participants will explore how brief experiences can have lasting and transformational impacts on their lives and lives of others. Learn how to create more impactful experiences, whether designing a more engaging lesson, crafting a memorable customer experience or building stronger relationships. Participants will leave with one designed experience that will positively impact students and/or staff within the Upper Arlington Schools.
